You can use 'dumpbin' from Microsofts Visual Studio. They have just released a FREE version of Visual Studio Pro here: http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs#d-community
The good news is there is a 64bit, as well as a 32bit version.

oh yeh, for got to mention that little part of the answer. But remember, your getting Visual Studio Pro, NOT Visual Studio Express! What did you expect it to be, a 7MB download?
