I've downloaded the MenuentOS file from this page and followed the instruction for MS-DOS/Windows to make a ISO file. It worked. I burned mboot.iso to a DVD with CDBurnerXP and tried to boot. So, I reboot with DVD... computer seemed to read the DVD and then I get a black screen without any text. So I waited... waited... for a lot of minutes but the screen keeps unchanged. Any idea what is happening? my processor is Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU 560 @ 2.13GHz/32-bit machine if it's useful...[/url]

What's the size of the .iso image ? It should be iso_header + menuet_image = 1.527.808 bytes. Perhaps your BIOS does not support the el-torito format.

But it can be done quite easily following this: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Bootdisk-HOWTO/cd-roms.html |
