sleepsleep. do you sign up for determinism? If so, you should be able to believe that if you knew the position of every elementary particle in the lottery machine, then the numbers it will pick are knowable in some sense. However, I agree that the numbers picked from previous weeks won't help you out here.

for event that we could set up the main factors into exact situation as previously, yes, the answer should be exactly the same as before.

but i feel there should be some sort of way to have a good and better guess on what number would get draw tomorrow, through probability, number that shows up based on week days, percentage of first, second, third and fourth digit 0 to 9,

there should be a better guess, compare to blindly buy,
but if you hear from people who win, most of the time, the number they bought are based on things that happened around their life, (there is some sort of link there)

What we have here is evidence that people are superstitious, not evidence that the law of physics operate with you and me in mind. If the majority of the people who play the lottery are superstitious, are you surprised that you would hear from a superstitious lottery winner?
It is to the credit of life forms that they do look for patterns - even pigeons will develop superstitions when looking for food, be we need to emancipate ourselves from beliefs in false patterns.
