Explorer is showing drives M: and O: which both have zero bytes.

I would like to delete them.

They don't show up in disk management.

All I could find out is that the partition types are XINT13.

PARTITION_FAT32_XINT13

Code: [Select]

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff563751%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

Windows 95/98: Specifies a partition that uses extended INT 13 services.

It may be related to an attempt to install Win98 on one of my partitions.

I can find anything in my registry.

Thanks for any ideas,
Andy

Start by running chkdsk after booting and before GUI appears, then run system restore once after logging in or run both from your Installation disk.

Yeah, I had this problem,
First type diskmgmt.msc in the start menu.
A disk management dialog should pop up.
Check there can you see the 2 "phantom" partitions?
For me it wasn't there. It was an explorer bug.
Or it's there for you?
