Hi..

I have externed a function:
extrn '__imp__malloc' as malloc:dword

and down the code I have:
call [malloc]

And for some reason I get the value out of range error?

By the way, when I change the format to MS64 COFF, try to compile, then change the format to MS COFF, then it compiles. (Once.)

You will have to show more code than that. Try to give us something minimal and complete that shows the problem.

Problem no longer appears after switching to FASM dev build.

Yes, there were some bugs fixed in current development line that could have affected this.

I in fact planned to make a new stable release out of the current development line soon.
