And in Windows 7 it is not possible to use TXT2NAV - is it DOS EXE? This way it is not possible to build help files.

I suspect you mean W7 64-bit. Because, AFAIK, all 32-bit Windows OSes can still run DOS programs. It is just the 64-bit stuff that stops V8086 mode from working. To fix that you'll need to run an emulator or a VM.

I forgot to add windows version of the compiler but everything is already repaired.
