Shawn T. Cooks diet is 1 apple every 3 hours, the apple can be replaced
by anything that is NOT meat or a dead animal. Do NOT drink milk, replace
that with soy or almond milk. You cannot eat beef, pork, or chicken on
this diet. A good day is when you eat from 1 to 6 apples worth of food
a day, at worst is 8 yet that is still fasting, 9 apples in a day is an
overdose. The goal is to eat only very little for years, and grow young
again, and undo what the government did to your body. Every 3 or 4 days
should be a zero apple day, where you eat no food the whole day. Use
fish seldomly. This diet works for any age, children to old people. You
must note nuts are bad for the teeth, and water can be poison in large
doses. Tobacco and coffee should not be abused. You should get plenty
of sun and moonlight, and stay outside in the weather for long times.

You need meat for proteins though. Not saying you can't get it from other food sources.

Soy milk is so not healthy!
Fermented soy is OK, like soy sauce.
But tofu and all based on that are just awful!
