Hi, Im a very keen machine code programmer

I have spent the last two years learning X86 to a high level (no pun intended)

Later this year im going to start an IDE for FASM, this will feature....

Project based
Visual Designer
HLA compatibility, and freely mix HLL into code
Templates
Graphics routines
Debug mode builds
Import source from other assemblers

etc

another feature will be the ability to call a subroutine written in "BASIC" or "C" from your assembler code.

Built in sound commands and graphics commands (possibly for games)

There will be a very small fee (as I have spent years writing free software and need to start earning a little encentive to motivate me further) and a trial version.

Most likely wont be beta until end of this year,

any interest ? Very Happy

I dont use pen/paper or document my software other than a slight sprinkle of comments in the code.

No need for design documents as im the only programmer working on it.

What would really be interesting is applying some AI to programming itself. Where the editor "understands" the interfaces being worked with and suggests code based on other code. Wink

(Without the use of meta-syntax.)

There will be templates, your grey matter will be the AI that adds the rest of the code.

Im worried if I make the program to intelligent it may take over the project and release its own version.

Assembler templates for an Assembler IDE

For example; I want to add features like options for associating files with your project (it adds the code for you).

just saves a lot of time
Very Happy
