What is a casm assembler?

l_inc, wasm.ru is not assembly language forum anymore. And the information noise level is too high to be good place to live.
For me it looks like some kind of ghetto - noise, dirt, shabby kids play on the street and drug dealers on the corners. Of course it is subjective, but that is what I think.

"You can create a new product based on fasm and distribute it freely as long as you write that it is based on fasm and include the complete original license of fasm (as in file license.txt) without any modifications. You could do it (and put the fasm's license in license_fasm.txt or something like that) but only in case your license is compatible with fasm's BSD-based license.
