This is the last pre-alpha of Fresh.
Tabbed source editor is added (with simple EDIT control, still not with AsmEdit, because of test of the common behaviour.) Scientica's first try for "style editor" is added. Scientica's form behaviour too.

"History.inc" file is added for the history - see for more details about current version.

I need advice: I added tooltips to the toolbars. But as far as popup windows are owned by main window and they are always above it, they hides the tooltips on the second row of the toolbar. So, I want these windows to stay owned, because of the common behaviour, but I need tooltips to stay above all windows. How to reach this?

BTW: Any comments, opinions and bug reports are highly welcomed.
