When fasmw encounters a line like:
include "%fasminc%/someFile.inc"
I get an error saying "invalad argument"
I looked at the ini file in the fasmw directory and there is an entry for "path=" but it's blank. I tried placing the path to fasmw in there and also tried the path for fasmw152\include but still get the error.
Confused
Any ideas?

thanks all.

thats looking for an enviroment variable. right click my computer, goto advanced, click enviroment variables, top listbox create a new variable "FASMINC" set the value to your include folder, eg "d:\fasmw\include" - no trailing backslash. that works for win2k/xp unsure about win98

I thought during installation of fasmw, it would set the env. vars. it needed. But now that you mention it, I don't think fasmw was "installed". I seem to remember unzipping it to the directory I wanted. So that's definately the solution.

Thank you Coconut.

Ha! I _knew_ I shouldn't have deleted that file!
Just kidding. Laughing

Thanks. I'll remember to check it next time I have a dumb question.
