If you are using a framebuffered console, then:

http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=13541 (Look for Matrix's post).

If you are not - then:

http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=8807 (Look for the last post, by Feryno)

Neither is a working example of how to do what you're asking - but it explains how to write to the console - from there - you can work a putpixel routine

Edit: Probably a better link: http://asm.sourceforge.net/articles/modex.html
If you're in text-mode, you will not be able to print a pixel without first switching to a graphical mode (for example, Mode X as described by that link). If you're running a framebuffer, then the first link will do the job.
