There is an example of handling the command line parameters and there is a test on the "tab" symbol. Do we really need to do this ? When does the "tab" (09h) symbol can occur in the command line ?

When program launched through call to WinExec or ShellExecute or something else. Many shell maker's use this functions to run console utilities. There is also Ctrl+Tab and Alt+Num combinations allowed in some input controls.

Ctrl+tab and Alt+Num are the combinations to press on keyboard, but then them will be translated and passed to the program like characters, because command line is a character string. I'll test this.

Ok, I've test it. Every symbol can be passed in command line with ShellExecute.
