Recent studies have shown that copper alloy surfaces kill E. coli O157:H7.[26][27] Over 99.9% of E. coli microbes are killed after just 1–2 hours on copper. On stainless steel surfaces, the microbes can survive for weeks.

we drink lots of water, we are almost water, Laughing

Quote:

Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%

maybe we could rip all kinds of benefits by focusing on what we actually drink into our body?

Copper is not stable, it corrodes easily. Also, most of the water in the tank won't be in contact with the copper surface.

One of the worst things for water is to be bottled, no matter what the container is. It will get worse with time. Best is for water to be moving and not stay in one place for too long. In many places the local pipe supply is far superior to the bottled water in the stores.

If you bottle the water then it will degrade with time. It is confined to only one place, the bottle or tank. Stirring it won't help, it is still confined to one small place.

Bugs, germs, bacteria, etc. will live in the water. Small amounts are fine, we can cope with it. As time passes the bugs multiply and can overwhelm our systems and we get sick.

Moving the water through the normal cycles of the planet keeps it fresh. Confining it to one place allows it to stagnate.

Boiling will kill almost all bugs. But that is energy intensive. If you can boil all your drinking water then great, do it.

Also filter it to remove any non-organic substances like heavy metals etc.

You can also distil it and remove other contaminants like alcohol and other liquids that are not water.

But did you know that drinking pure water is not the best way to keep hydrated. It can cause problems. Look it up.

true, because there are some important minerals get lost when you boil the water.

as for looping the water in cycles (mostly counter clockwise), thats scientifically agreed on.

It is more than just that. And it isn't related only to boiling water. It is about the balance of salts in the body. It's complicated which is why I suggest to look it up, but the science is clear,

Naturally there are lots of people out there that claim pure water is the best-of-the-best and drink nothing but water and blah blah blah. Don't believe them. It is false. Water is certainly important, but like everything there is a need for being sensible and sceptical.

I personally think milk is an awesome drink. Much better than water IMO. Smile

so, in year 2020, we still haven't reach consensus on what is the best water for us human to drink?

is that we don't understand water or we don't understand what kind of water our physical container requires?

where the manual how to operate this body? if they could build such giant pyramids, shouldn't they share more crucial thing like maintaining this body?

a useful design should has indicator to mark what kind of input it requires,

thirsty is a sign to input water?

sweating? lethargic? hard to breath? blur to see? hard to hear? and perhaps, lots of conditions,

what is normal and what is not? what is general processing status for this server?

so how are we going to maintain something that never intended for you to repair? like iphone?

There isn't any "best". I think that is the wrong term to apply here. It is about balance and moderation. We still need water, of course. But taking only water is harmful, and taking no water is also harmful. Taking water with more unsafe contaminants is clearly worse than water with fewer.

And I think it is all the marketing of the new trendy "water" drinks that confuses people. There is really only one type of water, H2O. Adding various things like sugar, or minerals, or whatever doesn't make it a different water. It just makes it water mixed with other things.

I think it is weird that people in England will pay 2 pound for a small bottle of "smart water". When instead they can get better quality water from the faucet for free.
