does anyone know which (of the many) tables given in the Radeon R500 documentation describes the base addresses given in the PCI Configuration Space BARs? There are 2 MMIO addresses and 1 IO address. The documentation I've read doesn't provide the root of all the different "aperture" regions.

ok, so I figured out that all of the "DEC" addresses are actually inside the single range provided by PCI Base Address 2 in PCI Configuration Space.

HIDEC / DISPDEC / MCDEC / VIPDEC / etc ...

I just finished overhauling my 'Ordered Ring Buffer' software and am now getting started on the driver for the R500 series. is anyone else interested in hardware acceleration?

I'm on ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3 and hardware acceleration will freeze my Win7 x64, so I have it unchecked on videos.
