I am interested in learning ARM assembly. Of course I'll need ARM CPU.
After some Googling, I found 2 things: Gumstix and Cirrus

Well both stuffs are interesting.
Gumstix has a very compact size, lots of add ons, etc.
Cirrus can be used for mini server or torrent client.

Has anyone ever tried using those stuffs (or something similar)?

I think Dex4U has converted FASM to ARM, though I'm not certain he's done yet.

Yes smiddy is right, i have done some work on ARM processes.
But using fasmarm (by revolution), i used this Devboard http://www.friendlyarm.net/products/mini2440

But a easy way to get started is to get a gameboy emulator and start coding for that.
Here is a hello world example
Code:
; GBA Header and test prog by Dex,Coded with FasmARM.
; c:\fasmarm test.asm test.gba
format binary
org 0 ; code starts at offset 0.
use32 ; use 32-bit code.
