For which platform? DOS, Win32, linux, ... ?
For DOS, use VESA and get hold of the linear framebuffer. For win32, use DirectX For linux... get a better OS ;P, or use svgalib, SDL, PTC, X, or the framebuffer stuff |

http://burks.brighton.ac.uk/burks/language/asm/asmtut/asm8.htm has some sample programs which show various ways of writing to the screen. They're not written for FASM, but should be easy to port.
