if it does matter, yes and the reason is not for private use. Also, I need it for business, price is not a big problem.
and it's for legal use!

Accept my price first, then we can talk about the details. Until then ... <with my fingers in my ears> la la la la, I'm not listening.

Well the $5M was derived from the following formula:

Development of rootkit: $100K
Hiring of lawyers to keep me out of jail: $4900K

Organized cybercrime / mafia types pay a lot of money for root kits and new exploits. But seriously, on what level do you think this is appropriate for this forum? Back in the old days you used to be able to leave your tcp ports open all night and not have to worry... now you can't... ::shakes fist:: world going hell in a hand basket ... ::mutter:: damn little punks... BAH!

Yes indeed, that is an awesome metric to charge by.
Code:
;this ...
lea eax,[ebx+4*esi+0x34ed6] ;BankAccount += $1M Sad

;or this ...
pushfd
mov eax,esi
add eax,esi
add eax,esi
add eax,esi
add eax,ebx
add eax,6
add eax,0xd0
add eax,0xe00
add eax,0x4000
add eax,0x30000
popfd ;BankAccount += $12M Smile

;Do blank lines also count? BankAccount += $2M
nop ;BankAccount += $1M

Why you people are so strict ? as I said, I'm not going to use it for my own purposes. I said also, I can guarantee no jail at all and trade will be in real life, not over the NET. also with contract that you'll be untouched by any law. Never mind, I found one guy already.

That sort of clause in a contract is useless. If one breaks the law, a private contract won't save you from the consequences of your actions.

A person making the bombs is just as guilty as the person using the bombs. Trying to get out if it by waving around a piece of paper won't help you.

It's legal if you do it for the goverment regardless if they use it for killing people later.
a little bit funny, because bombs have only one purpose.
well, guns don't kill people, people kill people.

Just because something is for the government does not mean it is legal (or moral).
