Hello everyone, I need little suggestion from you guys Smile
I'm going to buy some laptop but I don't know which one. I need it for pen-testing and security stuff.. Here's list what it should include.
Code:
1) much HDD space. (I need it really much.)
2) 2 GB of RAM (or more.)
3) 2 CPUs or more, with 2.x GHz.
4) I don't care about GPU.
5) not much weighty.
6) WiFi support.
7) Cheap, if possible ))

Do I need anything else ? Thanks!

Everything is "Made in China" nowadays. What do you prefer: paying X for a product coming straight from China, or paying X*2 for a product coming straight from China with the fancy sticker of an American corporation?

Soon, people in the rest of the world will be too lazy to reproduce and the Chinese will sell them kids too. Live with it. Muhahaha.

For around $400.00 ~ $600.00 USD you can get a nice DELL dual core.
You may even find an i3 for around the same price range?
Are you looking for 32 or 64 bit processor?

I agree, they say stuff from China is fake because "it looks" like the "legit" ones we have here. (with corporate stickers on it as if it were made here)

Example: Apple iPod

Made in China(cheap labor, *sigh* [slavery?, maybe] Rolling Eyes? ) and sold here. If you buy an iPod straight from China people will say it's fake because "it looks like the real one. Rolling Eyes "

And some say assembled in china instead of saying Made in China

If Chinese people start making "commercial" or "proprietary" children, then I'm moving to China to have sex with all the women there.

Very Happy Very Happy Razz Razz
