I am working on a project to replace ghost. I need to be able to copy and restore an OEM partition. My thought is that fasm may be a suitable method but I could use a little help with Disk access. Also, is there any difference in WinPe. If anyone can lend some assistance I would appreciate it.

Here you go http://www.dex-os.com/DexOSv5/DexUSB.zip

Its coded to test for USB drive and fat16, but you can change that.
It writes DexOS to a usb fob eg: MBR etc.

NOTE: For the user to use that code in win7 they need to Admin rights
