I'm wondering if it would be possible to write any OS in MenuetOS's fasm? Even if it is only a simple "Hello, World!" bootloader. I am booting Menuet32 not 64.

They are the same, but not the same version. FASM in MenuetOS is somewhere around FASM 1.50 times.
The answer is "yes", but why? In other OS-s you have myriad of different virtual machines that you can try your OS on.
