Hi everyone!
I have been looking through some .iso files in hex editor and got some questions:
Why is path table entry format is different than one shown on osdev.org???
How do I find directory table???
Where can I get detailed uptodate info about ISO filesystem???
And...Why cod3b453's .iso image cant be viewed in any .iso editors???

Search with "ISO/IEC DIS 9660:1999", look at cdfs.com too.

I don't know what exactly I posted but do you mean it displays errors saying invalid ISO?

Try use magiciso to mount iso file as virtual cd or extract iso file.

That ISO is simply a boot example and has no file entry information which means it will look empty. I opened it in WinRAR and I mounted it on a virtual drive and it identifies ok but that is all it'll do. (If you tried to add files to the ISO it may be that the drive setup is wrong somewhere, causing the files to not be recorded - I'm seeing it report only 40kb)
