So true indeed. I'll give you my own example (this did not happen to me)

Flash in IE will take some time to load unlike in FF. This makes IE users approach a problem quickly but ponder slowly about it.

PS: Just increasing my post count. Very Happy

they don't say who was the smartest

My guess: zafari users are the smartest
but remember, I am a IE user, so you shouldn't listen to me, better listen to someone that uses Firefox or Chrome Laughing

i wonder how many times a human needs to do a IQ test before to reach a score of 256, that is btw, a value never seen in the story of IQ tests.

but internet explorer is not the guilty in this file, in fact, "internet explorer use" is just a sort of symptom of some deep dumbness, from datas i read in the article.

Since IE is losing more and more users, we can conclude that people are getting smarter.

indeed, there are people that earn money by doing such tests.... and unemployed people are still hurting a lot in this society because they don't have anything to do in order to feel integrated.

the IE 6/7 comes integrated with windows, so most of the old people will use what are there as they dont get along with technology.

And you know that the brain get older and slower with the age too.

someone informed unhappily that he is dumber at work than at home (prolly must be using IE @ work and FF/other @ home, hence the conclusion).

My guess is when people have to use IE long enough, they tend to get dumber and dumber. With all these new technologies implemented in "other" browsers, people have to keep their minds busy and keep on learning new stuff (although according to some - IQ doesn't change throughout life).

offices frequentlly delegate the setups and administrations of the machines to some external "administrators", or an internal "informatician" that will decide for the software set of everybody....
