I just got new PC (for free) to play with.
Here are some info i found online:
http://www.epinions.com/specs/Compaq_Presario_2200_MediaGX_180MHz___1GB___16MB___Win95___CD_ROM___Desktop_292600_004__Desktops_292600_004
I think it has 80486 compatible chip (not sure still)
Maybe someone remember these?
I heard it cost 2500 bucks back in mid 90's

What i really really really want is an IBM PS/2
Maybe someday i will find a nice one somewhere...

My mother gave it to me.
Its like brand new condition.
She kept it covered all these years,
no dust or anything ever got on it.

According to the Wikipedia it is an extended version of the Cyrix Cx5x86 containing integrated video, audio and RAM controller. I still have a working computer with that Cx5x86 at 120 MHz (I hope, I didn't turn it on for a long time now).

I think now we know from where Intel took ideas for the Core i5 Razz (although audio is still missing on modern CPUs, or we are there too?).
