the same way you do in any other language
use SetWindowRgn(), ExtCreateRegion(), GetRegionData(), CombineRgn() API

That tool seems VERY slow comrade, besides it crashed on the test bitmap from the win32asmboard thread I linked to.

Because it took a very long time to crash Wink. The crash was of course because the bitmap was in one color format and your program expects another (the 24bpp color requirement wasn't mentioned in the readme).

Have a look at the code from the win32asmboard thread, it's quite a bit faster.
