I think it is better to get Intel CPU Manuals from Intel web site(s). The documents there is always "fresh". Smile

You can make pdf out of txt files. I do it because then I won't make a mistake and screw up the document and you can also search etc.

You can use LaTeX to compile those text files to .pdf.

LaTeX, ok.
Libre Office(former Open Office) has PDF export too.
