Some file type are disallowed. What is the name of your file? Changing the extension may help.

hi,file extension is jpg and its size is almost 300kb?are exe files allowed to upload?

My guess there's a limit to new users. Y should have X posts first, and then you will be able to upload files

jpg are allowed, .exe and jpg.exe are not.
