need help shellexecute

hello, after download(urldownloadtofile) cant execute this when the programm is not same folder... no error code i get >32 for shellexecute...

is this privileg violation ? no antivir or firewall is blocking...

what error code are you getting.. It could be an incomplete file transfer and that your file is corrupt.
