Maybe i just need to have a sleep to figure this out myself, but does proc(from PROC32.inc) macro do anything to support recursive calls in these procedures? Or i have to think about recursion myself?

Recursion control is the responsibility of your code. PROC won't help or hinder your ability to use recursion.
