Hello respected prorammers! I've recently decided to program on fasm and discovered different problems in this affair. The first is that when i try to run my program in fasmw (F9) it shows message "file is not found", although the text of program was saved in .asm file. Maybe i must convert this file in .exe file (how it did in examples)? I've never studied the assembler language before, but i remember a little about Turbo Pascal, that i had been studied in school before. These are alm my knowledges about programming. Beg you, help me with FASM![/list]

To me, it looks like a problem with the path to the FASM 'INCLUDE' directory. You have to add this to the 'INCLUDE' environment variable.

And knowledge is a collective noun.

And you can program on yer laps, that you can do.

And not affair.

Have you been studied for Turbo Pascal? Very Happy

Anyway, what are other "different problems"?

MHajduk is correct. The "file is not found" is about include files, not the .asm file itself.

@guignol: I think you know that this forum is visited by people with many different cultural backgrounds. You cannot expect everyone to know perfect English.
