no psapi, no toolhelp, do you know any other documented way of enumerating processes/threads/modules and querying all information?

Is it good idea to use ntdll in this situation, or i should leave it as unimplemented?

1 more thing:
9x doesnt support overlapped io, but has toolhelp.
nt has support for overlapped io, but there is no toolhelp.
windows 95 has newer kernel32.dll (4.10), so its understasndable that they added support for toolhelp, but then why removed overlapped io?

psapi was added on windows nt 4.0 as service pack i guess, and continued ever since (but millenium and any other 9x hasnt got it).
