How to switch to protected mode?

Can someone send me source to switch to real mode and function to back to prot. mode.

I want to use it in KERNEL.ASM in the form:

call switch_rm
use16
...
call switch_pm
use32

I find in Jarek soureces "setup.asm" - which solve partially switch_rm, but it is so easy about "switch_pm".

Sorry for my bad English.
