we are the 14 september 2010.
i am there, in front of my PC, connected to the internet in wifi, and i think...

"i am alone, i miss a crew, a crew that will give me the opportunity to do fantastic things"

alone, we are great, but with a team of people like us, we make things really interresting.

the things created by a crew are many more complete and huge that ones done by only one person.

even the better, stronger, clever or smart people will be nothing compared to a team of people like him..
that's why i thing today, alone in front of my computer, that if i want to do many things i need a crew, just to seek a way to go, to find the perfection, to feel like a fish in the sea...

and i see that it is not possible now, just now. since a long date.

i feel that soon, i'll find my crew, i don't know why, but i feel it.
i feel that soon, i'll play long times in a team, i hope it.
a team to draw, i don't know what, but i want it
a team to sing, i don't know why but i ear it.

music, drawing, painting, singing, coding, playing, moving, tripping, maybe dancing, swimming, many things.

Smile

You are not alone, you are the part of FASM community. Wink

Not exactly, this is true only if the crew is well managed and isn't too big. Smile

Not exactly, you are an individualist like most of us, aren't you? Wink You can become a professional if you concentrate mainly on your real talents leaving areas where you haven't succeeded (despite of the hard efforts). Wink

Let me give you a crew ...

Le concert

It is a clip from a funny yet touching French movie.

Cheers! Wink

yes, maybe launch again the autumn challenges.

see it later, but in fact, the virtual team and the real team are really different.
with real team, you can do many things impossible to do in virtual world.

and that's my blues, the blues of the computer guy.

edfed,

Why the long face? You may picture yourself as a crew of oneself.

Besides, there are only two significant identities (of which I'm aware) in abstract algebra, usually denoted as 0 and 1. Wink

I feel inspired to try to right a cheesy poem Exclamation

Alone we sit in the dark
Lonely and pained
Technology at our very bark
What have we gained

light fills the skys
we begin to pout
darkness covers our eyes
a scream lets out

we lose all emotion
we begin to hack
hacking powered by Intuition
all our enemies quack

I think I will call it... "The blues of the computer guy."

Cheers and Happy hacking! Laughing Wink

Sadly "The blues of the computer guy." is a part of my life...

People running around on cell phones - sometimes I think they are talking to me. "What did you say?" The rude ones just turn away, but sometimes they point at the hidden ear piece. People running around shopping while consulting over the phone, or engaged in a meeting while at a meeting. At once more and yet so much less.

How long has it been since I touched another person? No hands shaken today. Oh, there was the cashier whose hand lightly rubbed mine early this morning. Her hair was dark and the blue apron looked kind of silly. Not that there weren't chances - opportunities past, choices made - humanity neglected.
