file pasta is one more time updating its version, and to do so, they will delete all files hosted. then, i am a little fed up.

where can i host images, and generally, files, with no bloat, fast, clean. and free.. not some "thing" like casimages or imageshack. something really cool to use, like file pasta, but without the constraint of arbitrary file deletion from the admin.

no bloat!!!!

just file hosting at a place without install on a particular machine.

Code:
+----------+
|file.ext | browse upload
+----------+

nothing more than that

Why do you expect that for free? The owner/operator have to make some money to pay for the server and Internet connection. So at the very least you gotta expect advertisements somewhere.

sure.

that's maybe why i will buy a router, then, i will be able to have a 24/24 server for this purpose.

what is a shame is the lack of free dns from ISP.... for the prize of the connection, they can give us a free fixed DNS.

I've been using 4shared for a while now, 10 gig storage, 200 meg upload size per file. They will delete files if you don't log in at least once a week (month?).

Box.net has been hosting the FreshAlpha files for over two years.
(Just logged in for the first time in a year+.)

Create a GoogleGroups page (click WWW button below),
or GoogleCode hosts files, too. Very Happy
