This is one way to run Menuet 64 using Windows.

1) Download Oracle VirtualBox from http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
2) Set up your virtual machine
3) Download latest Menuet 64 diskette image from http://www.menuetos.net/download.htm
4) Add floppy controler to your virtual machine (Settings->Storage)
5) Try to run your virtual machine
6) If your virual machine is not working correctly, download MKBISO from http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downloads/mkbiso.zip
7) Convert .img to .iso using MKBISO
8) Add CD to your virtual machine (Settings->Storage)
9) Run your virtual machine.

Tips & tricks:
-General > Advanced > Remember runtime changes (if you want to save to disk)
-System > Motherboard > 512MB memory should be fine
-System > Acceleration > Enable VT-x/AMD-V if you have virtualization support on your CPU/Motherboard

You can use commandline or batch to start your virtual machine:
D:\Programs\VirtualBox\VirtualBox.exe --startvm "MenuetOS 64" --dbg
I even used --dbg there to start with the debbugger Wink
! startvm name must be in quotes ("...") if it contains spaces and it must exactly match the name you defined while setting up your virtual machine.
