First,Thanks Very Happy !
I know struct bitmap in C.but I want to read bmp & putpxel with VGA mode 13. This is simple with function C .How to:FAT16 & read,putpixel with asm.Complex !
I have problem with USB mouse driver.I found code ps2 mouse driver.It not detect USB mouse.
I want to init,get x,y & event button mouse.After init mouse with Bitmap
I unable to use VESA,SVGA code.Because My VGA is 845G
I can help driver Linux for My OS ?
I know Linux is Open.But I not found Opensource kernel Linux.who know where download Opensource kernel Linux.I ought to load kernel Linux for My OS
I think my problem is :
1. where download Opensource kernel Linux
2.I enjoy my GUI
3.Linux have FAT32 ? Linux need RAM 1G ???? Can 256M
If Linux can then fast,Opensource for me !
Please,Code tut for me.I enjoy simple
Forget I found menuetOS FAT32.This can run!
I use NASM,FASM,BC,winXP

My VGA is onboard 845G
I read wiki:VESA have in PC468.So,mainboard P4 with 845G video chipset have VESA ?
I found on web VESA with 4f02.It can run with 845G.
May be http://puppylinux.org is closesource ? Sad

I also have an 82845G and it has no Vesa support.
Although i did try an NVidia gfx card and it does support it.

UniVBE might work for a purely software solution. There are old mirrors of the free software (I should have it somewhere, too).

My SciTech Archive: includes VESA tools and UniVBE last version, afaik.
(Lots of source code in svgakt62.zip)

Found a much better source of SciTech stuff...
