Is there an easy way to do this, via a command or interrupt I haven't been able to find or do I need to convert the binary value to a string with its hex representation? O.O

I'm trying to write the addressess of each INT in the IVT to a file or direct output, but the program is outputting ASCII characters.

Yes, you have to do it by yourself by coding some IntToHex (search this very same forum, there are lots of implementations already).
