Rather week tools. All they(~60) come with TC.
TotalCmd(file manager) - Fasmw(compiler) - OllyDbg(debugger) - Abby Lingvo(electro-dictionary) - Foxit Pdf Reader(*pdf-books) - WinDjView(*djvu-books) - MS Office Portable(hoho) - WinHex(read everything) - FSCapture(screen capture) - Kmp(player) - Opera(WebBrowser).

firefox, fasm, fruityloops, vlc, calculator, writer, foxit, HxD, gimp, editpad, bittorrent, on win98

but there is an incompatibility between foxit and writer.
when i open both during a session, the system crashes.

Opera, WinAmp and Launchy I definitely use all the time, I'll also probably make use of PowerMenu, then it just depends what I'm doing that day...

OS dev: fasm, VirtualBox, Acrobat, HHD HexEditor (old old old version), IDA, TortoiseSVN and maybe QEMU
web dev: Notepad2, mysql workbench (apache,mysql,tomcat), Paint.NET
c/c++ dev: Quincy w/MinGW, sometimes VS6/2008
j dev: eclipse
movies: VLC, divx, realplayer
other stuff: MSO, LaTeXEditor, DropBox, msn, putty/teraterm/winscp, outlook express
