How? If possible, I'd like to know how to have the memory stick bootable and still be recognized by Windows.

To my knowledge all BIOS's use USB devices through emulation to mimic another type of device. Find out what your BIOS supports and setup the stick accordingly. Some USB sticks don't support being reconfigured to look like a floppy disk. Which would be problematic if that's all your BIOS supported. Most times writing a hard disk image is sufficient, and a tool that can resize images to match the destination is preferable (iirc, WinIMG - there are surely others).

A word of advice: In many cases only one usb port is bootable and you

I forgot to give an update on this. I've now got Grub2 on my usb and can boot both Slax Linux and my OS. I never got around to putting Menuet on it though.
