i thought of IUP [Utilities] Simple Array
- iupArrayCreate
- iupArrayDestroy
- iupArrayGetData
- iupArrayInc
- iupArrayAdd
- iupArrayCount

and more such framework that provide some sort of help when managing winsock connected client array?
