when i call IoAttachDeviceToDeviceStack(), i get pointer to device that i attached to.
i must save this pointer in device extension memory in order to call IoCallDriver.

1. how do i know if filter driver or lower driver is a target of request?

2. Can DispatchXxx run before i return control from routine that call IoAttachDeviceToDeviceStack()?
