Hello,

I'm looking for advice on using newer OpenGL versions with fasm.
Do I need to use extensions to get all the new functionality or is there an more convenient way?

Yes, you will need to get the extensions using GetProcAddress.

The reason is that opengl32.dll interface is current only to Opengl 1.1. Thus the need go call GetProcAddress to access the newer functionality. You will also need to create headers with all the new constants.
