That is called "stealing."

That can be defined as "Taking from others what God has given them."

stealing means taking something without intending to return it

the program above is accessible to everyone for free

that's not stealing, it is sharing

so please, let your definitions for yourself

Disk burner at http://www.imgburn.com/

Personal impressions:
+it is free
+variety of options, you will be informed setting smth wrong/incompatible
http://www.imgburn.com/images/screenshot_settings.png
+nice manual explains each option, online and english though
http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showforum=4
+localization files can be downloaded from official website
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
+ability to pause burning if hard disk looks busy in a moment
+if a folder/file is missing during burning process, it pauses burning, giving you a choice to fix that
+ability to save/load project
+shows disk info, e.g. recommended burn speed
http://www.imgburn.com/images/screenshot_discovery.png
+...

Care of:
-setting burn speed
http://www.imgburn.com/images/screenshot_write.png
-switch to extended project view:
http://www.imgburn.com/images/screenshot_build_advanced_device.png
http://www.imgburn.com/images/screenshot_disc_layout_editor.png
-check 'Include system files/folders' or so & 'Recurse subdirs' or so

audacity is an open source sound editor and this post describes how to install it easily and with full power

create a %temp%\killme folder and download next files into it: main program, 90 ladspa plugins, ffmpeg lib to support import/export of various sound formats(go to that site and download manually if the link fails), lame mp3 lib to support mp3 export(same)

create next folders and install respective components there:
%temp%\audacity\audacity
%temp%\audacity\audacity\plug-ins
%temp%\audacity\ffmpeg for audacity
%temp%\audacity\lame for audacity

it is safe to delete %temp%\killme folder now

write next lines to %temp%\audacity\ffmpeg lame for audacity.reg file
Code:
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FFmpeg For Audacity]
"InstallPath"="../FFmpeg For Audacity"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lame For Audacity]
"InstallPath"="../Lame For Audacity"

pity... but audacity depends on ms runtime, download a 32 or 64 bit one into %temp%\audacity\vcredist for audacity folder and let it run

pack %temp%\audacity folder, uninstall the components we installed before excluding the runtimes, unpack it somewhere back, execute ffmpeg lame for audacity.reg file

enjoy
