A large database of assembly code fragments is a good idea. Then FASM could support including files from URL - no local copy (besides cache).

I think that could be possible with a score-based system.
E.g.: Users that contribute code (like in the example section) would earn points. Only users with enough points can make requests. Users too lazy or noobs can buy points ($ or €).
