Getting back into Windows programming again after taking a long break from it due to school. I made a "Hello World" type window a long time ago when i was doing window gui stuff. When I load the program up in Ollydbg, it gives me a warning that the entry point is outside the program. I assume it has something to do with the PE GUI 4.0 declaration?

Also, can someone give me a quick synopsis or point me to a location that has detailed info on the PE format? I am curious to learn info about header info and how the OS uses PE.

Hmmm, then how do you get through? Look at the URL closely.

http://www.baidu.com/s?wd=pe+format+specification gave me pretty outdated (1999) but still informative 6.0 PE spec link. Some tweaking, and at http://www.baidu.com/s?q1=pe+format+specification&q6=microsoft.com first page contains almost the same link as Google's.

I know they and China are having problems right now. I think Google is pulling out of China completely or something like that.
