What is the worst captcha you ever saw?

Today I crossed path with this: http://www.telefonica.com.ar/app/CanalOnline/pedi_speedy/

I've attached one challenge. As you can see the image is very simple for an OCR, but there is something worst, by looking at the HTML code of the "image" you'll see this:
Code:
<div class="cframe">
<div class="hd" style="overflow: hidden; border-bottom-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hd" style="overflow: hidden; border-right-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hd" style="overflow: hidden; border-right-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hde" style="overflow: hidden; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hdb" style="overflow: hidden; border-top-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hdb" style="overflow: hidden; border-top-color: white; border-left-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hdb" style="overflow: hidden; border-top-color: white; border-left-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
<div class="hdb" style="overflow: hidden; border-top-color: white; border-left-color: white; background-color: white;"></div>
</div>
And its CSS:
Code:
.cframe{width:60px;height:14px;background-color:white;border:1px solid gray;padding:2px;float: left;}
.hd,.hdb,.hde{
float:left;
width:7px;
height:4px;
border:2px solid gray;
margin-right:0.1em}
.hde{clear:right}
.hdb{border-top-width:0}

Too lazy to write image processing stuff? Don't worry! We are giving the answer just in the HTML code itself...

You should email the web master, but they obviously care very little about security.

Some companies are satisfied with the ILLUSION of security. Or maybe it's good enough to stop the laziest of web/spam bots, so that's all they needed.

Funny stuff.
