Privalo, do you think it is better for fasm to handle macro more efficiency like: allow macro name to be any operator +,-,*,/ and argument and name of macro can concatenate together such a way that:

eg: sizeof.structure equ sizeof struture
where sizeof,structure is a macro
( here structure may be an argument seperated a macro name by . or , .....
I have encounterred many problems like this which if it is implemented, macro may become more handy to use

Sorry for my bad english. Razz

i particualry agree. Symbol end is marked even by assembly-time operator, which has nothing to do with preprocessor.

khanh: please be more accurate, or give example. I didint get what you exactly want. "sizeof" in way you want to use can't be macro.
