Are there any freeware 64-bit debuggers available?

I tried Windbg, but found it too hard to use.

Try IDA pro disassembler (it also contains the 64 bit disassembler and debugger) but be sure to download the freeware version.

Pirata Derek, have you managed to get the freeware version work with 64-bit? I always get "Please use 64-bit IDA to load AMD64 files" (but there is a single IDA).

I've installed IDA Pro (FREE) by googling it.
It has the normal version (32 bit) and also the 64 bit version (with debugger that displays rax,rbx,rcx..... ect)
