all of these os using nasm.
btw, i think fasm should not remain as just low level language.
people's prejudice about assembler is awful.
fasm must be visualized, not alone, but with operating system.
i.e. visualize asm-os and assembler mutually.
assembler still need something that we all knew it, but can't tell it detail..

I guess people in that meaning are HLL developers, the distinctiveness and strength of fasm is that it's so low level. fasm is the flat assembler, it's plain assmebler (and a more than sufficient macro abillity). Please tell me what stereotypes you've head, it can't be anything like "you can't do that in asm", because, asm is just the step above machine code, and HLL apps are at some level translated to machine code (even java, it's interprented but the result is "a few" of machine code instructions).
