Is it possible to change file alignment in fasm without generating COFF and using it with some other linker or building PE structure manually?

If you want to build the PE structure the "manual way":

EDIT: btw, don't get intimidated by that big "section" macro, just head down to see the actual PE structure. The macro is just used to simplify the process of making sections.
